First and foremost, I am not sponsored, nor have I been asked to write this, nor am I getting anything special from writing this. I just wanted to let you all know about this cool service. Many of you may already be familiar with it, but in case you aren’t, here we go.
I found out about The Willoughby Book Club thanks to my best friend, who bought me a subscription as a Birthday – Christmas present. Basically, it is a book subscription service, with lots of different genres to choose from, from fiction, nonfiction, young adult, children’s books etc. You can sign up yourself or do as my friend did and buy a subscription for a fellow bookworm in your life.
It’s very easy, just select the subscription type, provide some information about yourself and your favourite books and authors and you’re in! A new, surprise book will be delivered to you every month!
I was gifted the Contemporary Book Club subscription and I just received my first book, Living the Dream, by Lauren Berry (check out my review coming soon). It arrived beautifully wrapped in blue paper with a little note from my friend, a Willoughby Book Club sticker and bookmark! Great for me because I am forever losing bookmarks and end up using tickets or receipts or whatever else I can find!
So, if you are stuck for gift ideas, look no further than The Willoughby Book Club!
Given the current situation, they have put a hold on sending out books, but you can still support them in this difficult time by signing up for a subscription and your books will be delivered once they are back up and running.
