Summer is officially here and we have been having a scorcher! The last week or so has been really hot and it has been quite a struggle to adjust. I know, I know, I used to live in Africa so I should be used to the heat, but I’m not! Especially having spent the winter in the snowy French Alps!
June has not been a very productive reading month for me, although I have managed to finish 5 physical books and 1 audiobook. I have been focused on other things, organising my life a little and getting things in order, as well as a few fun DIY projects.
Without further ado, here are my June books:
Fools’ Gold, by Philippa Gregory
Maybe This Time, by Jill Mansell
Untamed, by Glennon Doyle
The Goldfinch, by Donna Tartt
The Real Liddy James, by Anne-Marie Casey
The Subtle Knife, by Philip Pullman
And I am currently reading The Amber Spyglass, by Philip Pullman.
How many books did you read this month? Any new favourites?
My favourite this month was without a doubt Untamed, by Glennon Doyle. Keep an eye out for my review which will be up soon!
